He received numerous medals and awards during his
service with the Army. These include
the Bronze Star Medal, Purple
Heart, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Army Good Conduct
Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal w/
Campaign Star, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon,
Overseas Service Ribbon , NATO Medal - 2, and Combat Action Badge.
He leaves behind his wife and a three-year-old
daughter.
